Endpoints may be archived but not deleted. The ZeroLock® Agent (ZA) must be uninstalled from the endpoint before the option to Archive Endpoint is active.

Once the Endpoint’s ZA has been uninstalled, as indicated by the red dot in the status column and by the endpoint display, you may proceed with archiving the target endpoint.
Select the endpoint to be archived then, from the Actions dropdown menu, select Archive Endpoint.
On selecting Archive Endpoint, a warning screen appears. Once ARCHIVE is selected, the subject endpoint will no longer be visible on the Endpoints page. To reiterate, the archival of an endpoint cannot be undone.
The number following the warning question is the target endpoint’s ID number.
Select ARCHIVE to confirm.
Returning to the Endpoints screen shows the archived endpoint is gone.
Congratulations, you have successfully archived an endpoint.
